The Cat B fit out across three floors, will initially form part of the wider redevelopment of 17 Charterhouse Street, with the remodelled lower floors acting as a benchmark of the quality and high specification finishes required throughout.

Adaptability and close coordination of logistics was key to the successful delivery of this project in the historic conservation area of Bleeding Heart Yard.
