Having worked together previously on the refurbishment of the award nominated Aldgate Tower reception, we were delighted to negotiate further works for property investment and management company Brookfield Properties.
Following an end of lease, we were appointed to completely refurbish the third floor and areas on the second and thirteenth floors within Whitechapel's most recognised office tower.
We delivered an entire strip out, and high-quality Cat A fit out across three floors within an occupied building.
The works consisted of the strip out of the previous tenants' installations, with kitchen equipment and associated services removed or capped and terminated, all non-service ceiling tiles removed to enable MEP design, and floor finishes removed and retained for re-installation.
We worked closely with the professional teams on design development, including the services, acoustics, and lighting. We held regular project and architectural design reviews, and all design elements and finishes, including exposed soffits and MEP services, were benchmarked with samples or mock-ups to achieve the desired interior scheme.
We completed the project on time and to an excellent standard of quality. Boasting newly refurbished Grade A office accommodation and a stylish recently redeveloped reception, Aldgate Tower has become a sought-after destination in a competitive London market.
