We delivered the first office in Europe to achieve the WELL Gold Certification, with over 1200 across the UK we are proud to be one of only a select few Gold Projects delivered to date.

The Cat B fit out for multi-disciplinary consultancy Cundall, excelled in delivering a better and healthier office space that meets our client's KPl’s for sustainability and acts as a tangible manifestation of their beliefs in creating positive working environments that promote and facilitate healthy living and the wellbeing of its people.

Our scope included an open reception office, meeting rooms and the large 'town hall' breakout space, designed to house a third of their office staff at any one time. We used the most sustainable and environmentally friendly materials with low concentrations of formaldehydes and VOCs, and furniture was sourced locally to ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship and material selection.

We engaged early with the design team to address any concerns associated with the WELL standard regulations surrounding air quality, wellbeing, and sustainability.

Innovative features within the design scheme included recycled floor finishes, a green ventilated bio wall, and natural living timber structures. Plants have been used throughout the interior design to help with air quality and their placement has been engineered to increase occupant awareness.

This project has been hailed as a benchmark in office design excellence and was the first project in the UK to achieve BREEAM, SKA and WELL Gold Building accreditation.

It is a testament to our solutions-orientated team that we were able to approach all challenges with pragmatism and within program and budget; a leading example of what can be done through collaboration and a 'One Planet' approach, that puts people at the heart of the process.
