| ARTS BUILDING

Having previously worked with regeneration experts U+I to deliver their new HQ at Howick Place, London, we were pleased to be awarded the Cat A+ fit out of the first floor and the ground floor reception of their new commercial mixed use office space.

Working within a thriving community of existing tenants that included lead creatives, tech and other innovative businesses, it was essential to deliver our upgrades to existing plant and building services while causing minimal disruption to other building users.

The interior scheme, inspired by the New York 'industrial urban chic' style of the 1930's, made features of the raw concrete structure and expansive ceiling heights with high spec exposed services. With a combination of specialist lighting, designed by Pritchard Themis and over 200 original pieces of art - including works by Martin Parr, Grayson Perry and Andy Warhol, The Arts Building has become a creative hub - attracting a diverse group of creatives and innovative businesses.
