Following the successful completion of the reception area, QOB were appointed to undertake the strip out and cat A fit out of the sixth floor within 25 Copthall Avenue.

The strip out was completed out of hours to minimise disruption to the building tenants. The fit out included an extensive balcony and planting area with high specification toilets pods.

Throughout the project we liaised and planned our logistics with the landlord and contractors working within the building to ensure the successful project was delivered on time.
