Originally three Victorian townhouses, we carried out the comprehensive refurbishment of 5 floors at 55 Bartholomew Close to provide our client with contemporary and elegant office suites.

The building is part of the historic Bartholomew Estate and is a listed building of significant historical interest. The exposed brickwork, retained steel beams, and sash windows compliment the heritage of the building and give historical context to the contemporary interior. We added a new floor to the building before undertaking the full internal fit out which included new toilet cores, lifts, and open plan floorplates.

There are also carefully considered welfare amenities including cycle provision and repair facilities, spa-quality showers, drying, and vanity rooms.
