Our team completed the refurbishment and Cat A fit out of Battle Bridge Lane which is a grade 2 listed property in Hays Galleria, London.

The works comprised of two floors - the mezzanine Cat A office, and two residential properties on the first floor.

One of the key challenges was working within a listed structure which had undulating floors and restricted floor to ceiling height. Accurate surveys and coordination during the pre-construction phase was vital to ensure the projects success.
