We’re working on a fantastic community-led project with Poplar HARCA and EcoWorld London. Together with residents, they have redeveloped the area over the last decade.
Regeneration of the area, known as ‘Aberfeldy Village’, is providing residents with more than 1000 new homes, an upgraded health centre, a new faith centre, a makeover of Aberfeldy Street retail units, lots of green spaces and a community centre.
Having worked with Poplar HARCA previously, we were only too happy to assist them and the professional team, including Buro Four, Quantem, Rawls & Co and Hoare Lea, to undertake the refurbishment and Cat B fit out of the Community Centre and Children’s Nursery at the heart of the estate.
