We’re excited to be working with JLL, Gleeds, HLW and Atelier Ten to deliver the refurbishment of a property in London Bridge City for an existing confidential client.

With a holistic approach to design, HLW has created a scheme focussing on authentic materiality, minimalist forms that echo the architecture, and finishes that showcase industry and craftsmanship.
Our team will transform the building with a refurbished exterior, new reception, new lift, office space, WCs and core areas.
Most floors will be fully refurbished to CAT A-plus standard with new services, kitchenettes, and specialist dropped pendant lighting.
The reception embraces the holistic scheme with natural tactile materials, including fluted concrete panels, metal accents and original exposed brickwork.
External works include new grey paint finishes, a new canopy, new double doors, glazing to arched windows and new strip lighting to illuminate the arches.
