This week we took to the water to connect with nature for Mental Health Awareness Week.

The last fourteen months have highlighted our fundamental need to connect with our natural environment. Many of us turned to walking, running, or just getting outside as an excellent therapy for the stresses and strains of life.

We are so pleased as part of our #QOBActiveWellEvents drive to finally kick off the first of our ‘Kayaking of the Thames’ Trips for 2021.



With the weather looking typically British, we pushed ahead for a challenging 8-mile paddle through the centre of London. A chance to get some fresh air, exercise, quality time together, and to see the City from a whole new perspective.
