We were very impressed with the effort and skill of our contestants from across the industry at the first QOB London Bake event.
Well done to everyone who took on the ombré cake challenge, your showstoppers were fantastic and some even worthy of a Hollywood handshake!
Judging was based on flavour, texture and creativity; interestingly team QOB represented the best and worst of the bakes but the Star Baker prize went to Elementa Consulting
