QOB has joined the charity Mates in Mind as it acknowledges the importance of mental health and wellbeing of our people within the construction industry. Mates in Mind aims to raise awareness and address the stigma of poor mental health and improve mental wellbeing. 

Posters and certificates are on display at all sites and we hope it gives our workforce the confidence to pick up the phone and speak to someone.
