Following our successful delivery of the larger Norton Folgate project for British Land, including enabling works at Elder Yard, we are pleased to have been appointed to deliver the full CAT B fit out of Elder Yard itself.

Located within the Norton Folgate campus, the works span the 2nd to 8th floors and include mechanical modifications to the existing high-level installations to enable the formation of new cellularised spaces.
The project also involves the installation of a new small power electrical system, the construction of partitions to create meeting rooms, phone booths, storerooms, and a dedicated comms room, as well as the delivery of bespoke joinery including tea points, integrated seating, and a new reception desk. New floor finishes and full decoration works will be completed throughout.
