Our continuing success in providing high quality building refurbishment and fit out of commercial properties relies on maintaining a safe and healthy workplace. As a company, we take health and safety very seriously and ensure that working environments are safe and without risk to the health and well-being of all employees, subcontractors, client's employees and members of the public. Through collaboration with our peers and the industry, we have adopted the best practices and introduced a policy of standards, procedures and reporting arrangements

QOB is fully compliant and will meet the requirements of UK health and safety legislation, OHSAS 18001 and relevant industry standards. It is our policy to comply with both the letter and the spirit of the provisions of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all other relevant legislation and to regard these as minimum requirements. Open communication and a structured, pro-active approach is key to ensure the highest standards of health and safety across all of our construction sites.

We have an excellent health and safety record with a steady reduction in our Accident Frequency Rates (AFR) over the past five years to an extremely low AFR. We are fully committed toward driving continuous improvement for our employees, supply chain providers and all that may be affected by our activities.
