When we talk about our approach to sustainable procurement, our guiding principle is: Meeting our customer requirements by the value-for-money sourcing of products and services taking into account environmental, social and ethical aspects over the whole product or service lifecycle.

Our BREEAM, LEED and more recent WELL Building Standard successes are testament to our environmentally friendly approach to construction. We are committed to reducing or preventing pollution and will minimise any negative environmental effects that may occur as a result of our activities. 

This means being smarter about the materials and water we use, lowering our carbon emissions, and using less and cleaner energy. Low and VOC-free products and materials are preferred. All materials and substances must comply with relevant legislation.

We have created a supply chain that enables us to assess and measure our approach to sustainability. We only use suppliers who understand the nature of the products, materials and services they are supplying, and who recognise their responsibility to protect the environment and foster good relations with their employees and local communities.
