Earlier this month, our team hosted a community engagement day in Camden, bringing together local residents, project partners, and some of the area’s most inspiring organisations. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect, share updates on our project, and strengthen ties within the neighbourhood.

Throughout the day, we welcomed residents to join us for refreshments and conversations while spotlighting the important work of:

- Camden Rise - supporting local young people through training and opportunities.

- Routes off the streets – offering vital support to those experiencing homelessness.

- Camden Foodbank – working tirelessly to combat food poverty in the borough.

This event forms part of our ongoing commitment to delivering meaningful social value through our work. Our growing apprenticeship and work experience programme now makes up 12% of our workforce, a milestone we're incredibly proud of.

A special mention goes to our three work experience project surveyors who showed real enthusiasm and professionalism on the day; getting stuck in, engaging with residents, and helping showcase what community involvement really means in practice.

We’re proud of the whole team for their efforts and delighted to share that our Camden site was recently awarded a perfect 45/45 score in the Considerate Constructors Scheme, a true testament to the care and commitment of everyone involved.

At the heart of this project is more than just construction - it’s about building relationships, supporting communities, and making a lasting impact.
